Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders OVER $30 within the contiguous United States (the 48 states + DC).

We currently do not ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Idaho.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and consider requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout will be billed to the customer.

International Shipping
Hovinke currently only ships orders to addresses within the United States. We do not fulfill orders destined for freight forwarding companies or any third-party intermediary intended for reshipment. We explicitly disclaim any and all liability arising from the use of freight forwarding services or the unauthorized resale or export of our products outside the designated countries we ship to (US). This includes, but is not limited to, any issues or damages resulting from:

Power Adapter Incompatibility: Our devices are designed and manufactured with power adapters specific to North American electrical standards. We cannot guarantee the functionality or safety of our products when used with power adapters intended for different regions. Customers who choose to utilize freight forwarding services or engage in the unauthorized resale or export of our products do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences thereof, including product malfunction, damage, or personal injury.
